TFL has written and published a series of fully resourced, interactive courses for inclusion in the primary and secondary school curriculum. The courses provide an ethical framework that drives the development of character, the promotion of values and the expansion of personal management and leadership skills. TFL programmes are at the heart of the curriculum at King's Academy Warrington, winning school in the Department for Education's inaugural "Character Awards" (2015) This national award, open to  of all sectors, determined the school considered to be "outstanding" for its teaching of character and values.
