The BSME U13 Games were the first BSME games to have different schools organising and hosting. The Games took place in January at St Christopher's, Bahrain and were organised by Dhahran British Grammar School. Twelve Schools took part in the sporting events over three days, Football, Girls Netball, Boys Volleyball & Athletics. The overall winners of the Games were The English School of Kuwait followed by St Christopher's, Bahrain and the British International School of Jeddah, in 3rd place.

The Football was held at the Bahrain Rugby Club with excellent sportsmanship and commitment. Teams were evenly matched with many of the knockout games being decided on penalties.
Boys Football Results
Most Valuable Player was awarded to Osani, Al Khor International School, Qatar.
Girls Football Results
Most Valuable Player was awarded to Tiffany Murray, Dhahran British Grammar School.
The Netball and Volleyball tournamants took place at St Christopher's senior site. The Umpires were all official Umpires from the Bahrain Netball League and were very professional. Congratulations to all the participants on day two in what was a very enjoyable day with some great sportsmanship between players and teams.

The Athletics was held at St Christopher's Primary site with very typical "British Weather"! Umberellas were the order of the day, very unusual for the Middle East but non the less a great temperature for all the athletes.
